This week, I opened up something I’ve quietly relied on for years.

It’s called ContentOS (well, for now, I’m still looking for a better name), the Notion system I first built back when I was marketing manager, trying to juggle launches, newsletters, and campaigns across way too many platforms.

Me and the team were tired of wasting time chasing ideas, starting from scratch, and drowning in tabs.

So I built one calm, powerful space that could hold it all, strategy, ideas, drafts, calendar. One system that actually thought the way I do.

I’ve used it ever since.

It’s the system that now lets me post on LinkedIn 5x/week, send this newsletter, and build this business, without burning out.

This week, I started turning that system into a digital product.

I called for 10 beta testers.

20 said yes. (Still crying.)

I finally filmed my first talking Reel.

Learned CapCut. Mumbled through takes. Posted it anyway.

Not because I felt confident.

I love Instagram. The storytelling. The intimacy. The creativity.

But for months, I froze every time I hit record.

This week, I bought a mic and let myself be a little delulu.

And weirdly? It felt fun.

That’s the thing I keep coming back to:

Systems matter. Strategy matters.

But if it doesn’t feel good to use, you won’t use it.

And when you stop showing up, your business stops growing.

Let it be fun.

Let it be messy.

Let it be yours.

Start before you feel ready.

That’s how momentum builds.

Pick one calm, central home for everything content-related.

It could be a Notion page, a table, a calendar, as long as it works for you.
