The button that saves me hours every week (and how you can steal it) ✅
Plus: a minimalist Notion to-do list you can copy, and thoughts from a week of slowing down.
Bonjour 👋
This week, I’ve been working a little differently.
I’m on a semi-holiday until July 18, which means I’ve swapped long workdays for morning walks, poolside reads (Six of Crows is very fun so far), and a fresh Aperol Spritz.
But even in “slow” mode, I’ve been quietly shipping things behind the scenes:
→ Set up welcome email flows for all my Notion templates (finally)
→ Drafted a re-engagement campaign for people who downloaded freebies a while ago
→ Celebrated my first sale of ContentOS (!!)
→ Kept building the backend of a consulting project I’m really excited about
And through all of it, I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually makes running a business smoother, not just easier, but calmer.
What’s working lately? A dead simple button inside Notion
When I started in marketing, every new post felt like reinventing the wheel.
Same checklist. Rewritten 50 times.
Now, inside ContentOS (and most of my systems), I have a single button.
Click it, and all my content tasks for the week auto-generate, custom to the format (Reels, newsletters, etc).
No decision fatigue. No friction. Just clarity.
This feature saves me hours every week. And it’s now a non-negotiable in my system.

A gentle reminder: simple beats shiny
When life feels full, I don’t always need a dashboard.
Sometimes, I just need a clean to-do list.
That’s why I built a minimalist view in Notion that shows only what matters:
→ Today’s tasks (from my master database)
→ How I want to move today
→ What content needs to go out
No noise. No overthinking.
It’s not fancy, but it works, and honestly, that’s the point.
Need help with Notion?
If you’re thinking about streamlining your business in Notion, now’s the time, I have one consulting spot open for August.
Whether you need a custom setup or want to refine your current workflows, I can help you build a system that actually feels good to use.
That’s it for now.
Wherever you are this week, deep in a launch or floating in a pool, remember:
You don’t need to do it all at once.
But you do need a system that supports you when things get full.
